No. Backpack tf has another way to show painted items cost.

You can see it in backpack view

its the price without paint

Is it just me or has this been suggested at least 3 times in the last few days?

The value of paint is added to the item in people's backpacks, this isn't how the site works

People are so dense. That's all I can say.

Price of paint gets added to the base price, look at any backpack or the FAQ to see the price of paint automatically added to any paintable item.
