Well i was allways able to buy them for 1 ref when i needed some (last was a few days ago).
Just put up a Trade and wait.
Also got a few+ 1 rec each for Craft Hats

Well but you are able to buy them for 1 flat.
Just because there are better Trades does not say that no trades of 1 ref are made.
For example i can buy tons of Hats everyday for 1.22, and they are still very, very easy to sell for 1.33.
around 30% of this Hats are from guys which buy them for 1.11 and then resell them to me.
Same applies here i guess - trades are beeing done for 1.00, 1.11, 1.22 and most commonly 1.33 - pretty sure sometimes even lower then 1 or higher then 1.33

Bought 2 for a ref on a server 2 days ago and 1.11-1.33 is an odd range.
Its possible still.
and you can go anytime to the trade were the guy is offering 1.11 - 1.22 and get a better deal :).
also you are talking about a "trade server" , im looking more for the market price of this items in a tf2 trading server page.
So, trade server trades don't count as real trading? Lol. Im simply saying that its possibly to get 1 refined. 1.11 is unnecessary. I am no longer commenting on this and/or looking at this trade. Good Day
its possible but not common , not at all .. because of that doesnt reflects its real price , if dont wanna argue keep your comments for yourself and just limit to vote.

Still, it's true that it's very hard to get Name tags for 1 refined. Possible, but takes a long while, and is only accepted by people that need metal absolutely fast.
Last time I checked warehouse was overstocked at 1.22, but that was about 3 weeks ago.

I can see that you are arguing your suggestion (which is a good thing, in my opinion you should always stand by your guns, but also know when to back down, eat your pride, and accept that on this occasion you were incorrect), adding a scrap to the bottom guide of this item doesn't seem logical to me.

well an item has high demmand so it does its price thats my logic , because everybody wants a nametag for 1 ref or even more 1.11 - 1.22 range price..

But, you can see the sales I linked right? And you can see that they paid 1 ref each right? ......
just proof there is a HUGE demmand on that item and everybody wants it for 1 ref ( including me )

i have seen keys sold for 2.66 , several times.. but looks at its price now .. Basically with this its the same -- / great demmand / price up.
But ...... think about it .... if people are still buying for 1 ref (as recently as a few hours ago) then how can the price be min 1.11 .... ?????!? .......
Its more realistic and fair price ... well not counting that there are sellers doing 2 nametags for a key ( would be kinda 1.33 + each ) or 2x1 (nametag + desctag combo) in that case the desctag have a great price increase but ill see that later.
But ...... they are selling for 1 ref - therefore a price range starting at 1 ref up to 1.33 ref is accurate ...... what don't you get about that??? It's not like they are not selling for a ref at all, they clearly are selling for a ref, if they were not selling for a ref anymore then that actually would be a different story, but that's not the case.
Votes doesn't mean that a price will be changed. Price mods make that decision. You could have +200 votes but still be wrong.
No they use votes as one part of their decision. I have seen quite a few suggestions with massive amounts of positive votes get closed, simply because the suggestion doesn't reflect the market, and the same the other way round (lots of negative votes and price gets changed).
Actually that isn't true that they base the change on votes ONLY. I have seen changes in the past that were 70+% negative voted and it got accepted. But that was when the voting system had the votes shown and not hidden.
I want to have the last word.
why dont we just let the voters decide ... basing on the number of upvotes i have till now Im firm in my believes :)
well mods take the decision based on votes ... because the need lots of opinions otherwise i dont see the point to have a "vote" option. ._.

just quick question - WHY? one damn scrap...
Say you were t buy 150 name tags in your tf2 career. If you let a scrap go every trade... You would have lost around 19-20 keys making easily $25.00-$30.00 loss of money. It doesn't seem like alot but the little things count...

I agree, no problems to sell it for 1.11, but why you are suggesting new price when current contain this range?
I bought one just recently for 1 refined. I think the current range is still accurate.
All I see here in this thread is people showing you CLEAR proof that they sell for 1 refined and you are agreeing with them. Then you say some other stuff on how "it's a more realistic price" , but it's not! If people are buying them at 1 refined easy like me why woul the price change at all? If its because of the key inflation then you might have been right last week. But keys are at a stable price now.

It's pretty big when you make your tf2 living by a weapon per trade. That's what I do.
Can easily be bought for one Refined Metal, and sold for one Refined Metal and one Reclaimed Metal. I think that extra Scrap Metal really is not a deal breaker for this item.
No proof, just personal experience.
1 ref is a simple price to sell this item
