So Link 1 is a sale at 7 keys recently, Link 2 has someone offering to quicksell their half zat for 5 keys (doesn't look like the buyer got there in time), and Link 3 has an offer of 6 keys (declined by buyer as he had insufficient funds).

All in all, there is 'proof' for a range since the last update, I haven't posted any more sales links as there are none at the moment. Will add if I happen to see any go :)

    I'm not sure how I feel about the range. The links you posted shows a guy who seems to be paying theoretically over/around 7 keys in items, and a guy who will think about buying for 6 keys. I'm neutral for now, get some other proof of buyers paying a fair amount, and I'll make a decision.

      Link 1 shows what appears to be a sale since the last update of 7 keys and a 6 key offer declined also. I'm not saying that you can't buy for 6 keys, I'm only suggesting that it appears possible to sell for 7 also :)

        One person who buys for a lot can't decide the price in the entire economy. That's why I'm saying find more physical evidence of people paying between 6-7 keys, and then we're golden

          I hear what you are saying completely. The vintage half-zat isnt like (for example) a craft hat, in that they are not high volume 'movers' from one trader to the next (as it were). I agree that more sales would be very nice, but I have posted the information available at the mo, if I see some more sales I will post some more links :)

            Then when you do so, I'll make my decision then.

              http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5255559 see below for the guy who bought it's comments. The seller was patient/stubborn enough to wait out the 6 key offers and got more for it :) so the last two trades that can be seen are both for over 6 keys each (6keys+1ref and 7keys)

      Is demand high?

        Relatively I guess.

          I'd say demand is anything but high. If demand was high, there's be less "No-sells" all across Outpost.

            LOL you really don't like me or this suggestion do you????? I would say demand is pretty high for something that is 6-7 keys. OK, so they don't trade as much as something worth 1.33 ref but what do you expect with something so rare? Stop hating!! LOL xD

              I'm not hating on you, bro. I got bashed my first time on backpack.tf for not understanding how suggesting new prices works. So now I'm working to make sure I'm involved with getting accurate new prices installed, and to me, this is not an item high in demand.

                Dude, I know what I am doing don't worry, my rep score should give you some sort of indication to that. The higher the value of an item, the slower it sells, simply because not everyone who plays the game is able to afford such things. High demand for something thats 6-7 keys is a very different thing to high demand for a low value strange wep or whatever. They move slower but they sell.

                  buds dont sell that slowly

                  bills dont sell that slowly

                  big kills dont sell that slowly

                  all of the christmas items dont sell that slowly

                  crate #30 and its contents dont sell that slowly

                  crate #40 and its contents dont sell that slowly

                  they all sell a lot faster than a vintage half zatoochi, demand is low

                    crate 30 = 4011

                    crate 40 = 17485

                    big kill = 8640

                    buds = 51602

                    bills = 119346

                    v half zat = 3563

                    And some of those vintage half zats are untradable too. I assume you mean the festive weapons, the figures for which are readily available also all of which (barring the bat) are much higher than the vintage half zat numbers.

                    On a quick search for salvaged crates, there are 20 pages. When searching for a vintage half zat there are 3 pages. And they are all getting offers ..... like all of them .... the sellers are holding out for more than 6 keys, and they are getting it too.

        :D Upvote I was just trying to buy a vintage half zatochi! All the b/o's on outpost were 7keys. Offers of 6keys were rejected. I paid 6keys 1ref for it. Its in the range.

          Cool, thanks for the info :) any chance you could post the link to the trade?

          yea, this is rare, I agree, but salvaged crate stranges atleast count kills and this does not. Thats why its so less worth. People prefer to use other items on that slot.

          Just collectors buy it

            Couldn't find any for 6, everyone wants 7. I believe 6 is still possible but if someone wanted one of these today, they would likely have to pay 7.

            Also, only about 3 pages on tf2op, most of them are in 'sets'.

            Just had another little search, no new sales, one has come on the market very recently as looking for 6 keys, I suspect this will get sold very quickly so here's the link just in case it goes: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6477888

            If he has problems selling at 6 keys, then I will obviously take this suggestion down, but as I said, don't think it will last long being the cheapest on the market at the moment :)

              It's in the range, and you've supplied enough information. You've waited two days, let's put this through.
