Ugh I can't imagine why there would be any demand for these bits of trash.

If you had more evidence of the lower prices in your range, it would be a upvote from me.

While Link 1 is buying for 1 ref, it doesn't look as if he's gotten any for that price.

Link 1 isn't a buyer at 1 ref; he's the only person buying. Do a search on outpost of people buying them. He's the only one that will pop up.

I just can't find any going (or have gone) for 1.33, or even 1.66.
