Pretty cancerous hat, and that trade is proof enough considering it's an unusual. The guy doesn't entirely seem like he knows what he's doing though, he doesn't say anything besides a set price for the hat.

In one transaction (open) can not talk about the price falls, this is not easy for a couple of days to sell any unusual hat at the normal price, but that is no reason for to lower the price
