The second was sold to "wikipedia" for 2 buds (check backpack): http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6461348

So he is trying to get some profit what will be quite hard if he had checked the other trade.

Edit: Missed the fact that he bought both hats. I checked all item numbers and trades and I guess he payed 2.5 buds and the "0.5" buds was reinvested in a strange fish. So I will upvote for sure.
