Update: Hat owner is trying to sell his N&B VRH ( first link ) for 2 pure over TF2-Trader, it's an obvious discount, but imagine how hard it is to sell this for him to be doing such thing!

He sold for a bud and ~26 keys I guess, through checking item histories.

I'll have to agree with you on this one, I looked at all of them on outpost and not one has a single offer above 3 buds
