Well, its for the admins to decide. But you have to hunt for a 1.33ref price if you want one,try searching outpost,most at 1.33ref are gone. Im not letting mine go below 1.66ref:).

And yeah, most people on outpost sell for 1.33 and are sold out, which means people still buy and sell for that price. sorry.
