the 3 in pure and 5 in unusuals still falls in the old price range tbh..

3-3.5 would seem better then 3-5.5

The problem is that the hat is extremely not liked.

I'm going to say no. Most offers are around the 2-3 bud range and 5 in unusuals doesn't mean the top end should be 5 buds.

Just trying to get a more fair price, possible 4.5 or so at the top. The hat may be unliked, but it still doesn't mean it's a 3 bud hat with the effect. The old price was inaccurate, I've seen Scorching Flames one go for 3.6 pure in Trade Servers.

"Just trying to get a more fair price," so let's replace that 3.3 with a 5.5 because that's way more than has been offered.

I do feel the last suggestion was a little low, but 5.5 as a high point is too extreme. Especially when you say in your own trade you're looking for 5 pure.
