no there actually just weren't that many having a set price, most people just said "offers kthx", and naturally nobody offered :P
Upvote. I had a clean Haunted version that I tried for months to pawn off on outpost for as low as 2 scrap, no-one is interested in individual halloween items apart from the headpieces or full sets it seems. I feel sorry for the brave souls who bought Halloween restricted items. You can hear it in the hopeful "valve will change haunted to no-restrictions" and "halloween-o-vision!" discussions :(
