No duh. This is to lower the price. If you actually looked at the links, they are selling below the range.

And no one bought at these lower prices.

Your logic doesn't make sense. He is suggesting a price that is lower, with all of those unsold. This is a consevative (but still good) range and may not be completely accurate, but more accurate than the current price.
