Is this just because of a heavy hat? Or does knifestorm just not look good on certain hats? (I'm not disagreeing, just wondering)

knifestorm doesn't actually look good on any hat really, it's just a purple blob above the head. the knives aren't noticeable in gameplay.

that coupled with a heavy hat and yea, it won't be worth much.

I've heard somebody say it was hit and miss, and when you just look at the effect without a hat it's kind of alright, but I can imagine the knives wouldn't be noticeable, and all the other effects from this year were better.
