A Buds is considered 30$ (650$=21.66 Buds) When in Unusual Trading Because it's straight up money. Duhhh. And the 28 Buds is there as the Top End Range because that's the price people are offering around in unusuals. if you've took time to check the Links i've provided. You would see it :P
