Also, old price is 4 months old.

11 bud buyout is only one day old, so it being unsold isn't particularly indicative of anything.

I'll need to take a closer look at the other trades yet.

If 11 was as good a price as they say, it would have sold already. That, and he has tried to sell this before with no luck, and he has bumped it a few times. Its simply not going for the suggested price any more, and with 11 bud and 13 bud B/Os not selling, its reasonable to assume it would drop.
