With multiple offers from different individuals all reaching around 7 buds, no Misty Skull Attendant trader would have reason to sell for less. It stands to reason that more time should be able to get someone willing to go a little higher. The very recent 7 bud + orbiting fire grimm trade cements this. It beat out the other offers by a decent margin, so I believe it won't be seeing any trades of higher value all too soon- which is why I placed it at the top of the range.

Full disclosure: There's been some recent conflict with the other current suggester of the Misty Skull Attendant. I had closed their suggestion due to conflicting evidence. I believed a recent trade that fell well above even the highest point of the suggested range was grounds for closure even among strong upvotes, especially since that trade was not revealed until 2 days into the suggestion's lifespan. I stand by that decision.
