Two links is nowhere near enough evidence. I can probably provide two links of bills hats selling for 5 keys, but that does't make it the price. Also, 5.9 keys is pointless. Why not just have it at 6? I have never seen anything sell at 5.9 keys.

What he said. You need more than 2 links. Those people could have just been lucky to buy for that and stupid to sell for that.
just go tf2tp or tf2op. There are LOTS of them for 7 keys and getting offers of 5-6 keys in items.
You still didn't address my question as to why you put 5-5.9 instead of 5-6.
Seached outpost, saw them ranging from 6 keys to 10 keys. I'm guessing the 10 keys ones are from overpriced spreadsheet users, but I've seen no offers of 5 keys. Oh, one lowball of 3 keys.

5.9 keys? As someone posted, some have sold for higher. Lack of proof and low positive votes will make this a no for now. Come back with real proof and proper range next time.
