Don't upvote this. There is no proof and no reasoning behind this besides "Oh, well, it /should/ be 2.66"

also check tf2finance.com to see that backpack.tfprices and scammshit prices do no effect the Keys-price in any way...

bullshit, the only reason people are still trading for 2.88 is exactly because the backpack.tf price is still at 2.88

backpack.tf prices just effect the Price new Trades may pay or demand for something, nearly every trader with a little bit of experience would just see the Sheet-prices as a "around-about" Suggestion and not a 100% correct Price.
Or do you have any other explenation why tons of people are selling Hats for 1.22 to me, while they are listed with 1.33 or higher...?
Perhaps those people aren't very experienced and/or wanted to sell their hats in a hurry?
because selling them for 1.33 is hard as everyone wants to lowball, it's not rocket science bro. Lol there is no such thing as experienced trader who see the suggestion as about-around suggestions. Sellers always want the highest possible range, buyers the lowest.
no backpack.tf reports trade prices. if people start selling for less then itll be shown here.
even if this site said 2.33 people wont sell for that people don't follow price sites to the letter
backpack.tf reported the trade prices when keys were actually selling for 2.88 during halloween. Once halloween ended the only thing keeping keys up is the old pricing of backpack.tf during halloween, but sellers won't go below it as they want to make as much profit as possible
So obviously after Halloween everyone stopped buying Keys for 2.88 refined and our Price is outdated and i jsut randomly sold all my Keys for 2.88? Really read the TF2Finance article guy.
Maybe we can accept the fact that keys are actually going up, with less in the market than usual after the unboxing insanity last month

So you found:
a) Some guy that randomly sold a single Key for 2.66 and got added and sold within seconds.
b) 3 MONTH old post for selling them, seems to be allways out of stock
c) 1 Key again and fast sold.
Mate, i sold around 30 keys just a few days ago for 2.88 each to some people in less then a Hour. Thats way better prove then yours is!

I wholeheartedly agree. It's just stupid that people are still trying to charge 3 ref. No one is buying for that. At the very most it should be 2.66-2.77
This is ridiculous. Go post a trade on outpost selling keys for 2.77 and see how many adds you get in the first 10 seconds. For me, it was 4. After that, I managed to sell 3 keys at 2.88. Sorry bro, but it's not down to 2.66 just yet.

I've seen people easily selling for 2.88. Its not at 3 ref like most of the idiots on outpost want, but its still going for above 2.66. Downvoted.
Keys have always been 1 ref? They have been on a very steady rise since release. They used to be 2 ref. Also you have no proof.

That doesn't change the fact that people are selling at 2.88 successfully. This just proves the current range is fine.
I had a trade up for 2 weeks to buy at 2.66 ref and do you know how many people added me? Zero. Downvote.
I see all kinds of people in trade servers asking to buy 50 of these at 2.77 a pop still.
Unless you give evidence of someone selling loads of these at 2.66 and lower than this is a definite Downvote from me.
Very well, I learned a lot of things from this post, keep in mind this was my first price suggestion after all, I believe I'll be able to make a better one some time in the future. I'll close this in a few minutes.
It might be better to not suggest on currency items for your first suggestion. That is the mistake most people make.
