Ok no proof, no comment, nothing. So I did some quickresearch:
Many 2 keys b/o and some 1 key + 2 ref b/o. So if you're too lazy to create a buy trade you have to pay at least 4.66 ref, maybe 5. --> Lowering the range is ok because so many 2 keys b/o. Sadly your suggested range is too low and you got some other festives and want to buy this maybe for cheap. Downvote here, I would suggest a range of 4.66-5.33 but I'm too lazy right now.

you want to drop the price on a festive in the lead up to the festive season. i dont understand? if anything the price should be rising.
There are too many in the market right now and people are scared that the festive weapons will be re-released or something like that. When everybody is trying to sell the festives at the same time for Christmas, the price of all of them will drop because of the extremely high supply and not enough demand to match it. Just look at the B.M.O.C. It's dropped from a bud already. The inevitable crash will happen.
Also, this suggestion is inaccurate.
