I happened to buy it for less than 2 keys (1 key + 2 ref) but I think I got lucky. It was on a WTB trade, not on a WTS trade.

The funny thing is, now that I bought it and checked it out, I think I paid too much, even with the 'deal'. I have a feeling the hype will die off sooner than expected with this item, but for now you can buy it easily for 3 keys, and for 2 keys with a bit of effort. 4 keys is way off the mark.
