This is a craft hat.

I know not many people like this misc but its still craftable and no hat or misc that is usable in crafting goes below 1.33.

There's a very limited supply of non craft number, non pre-decal ones of these available, the price is fine where it is.

This is stupid. No craft hat (even the hated Ellis Cap) are currently under 1.33, and the Clan Pride is not going to be an exception.
