Yes, no proof is provided. But it's true, its not possible to find one below a key. And since a key is 2.77-2.88, price should change too because of this.

Only 3 pages, try to find one without paint/odd level. Click on every trade and you see 1 key offers everywhere. Very few people sell for a key and most reject 1 key offers.
