Conclusion:

With 2 B/Os of 1.5 buds and one not able to Quicksell for 1 buds 8 Keys (NEW NEW NEW: As Vercceti wrote below, he just bought that hat! so more then 1 bud are possible and still in the range :D)and many offers around/about 1 Bud and just one Sale in the last few weeks at 1 Bud i would recommend to set the Range to 1-1.5 buds:

you are able to sell this Hat for 1 Bud and some people sell it for that much, and you definetly do not have to spend more then 1.5 buds (Ignoring the Fact that no-one is intrested in this Hat for 1.5 pure)
