First link's only a couple days old, so being unsold doesn't mean particularly much there for the time being.
Second link doesn't have a buyout, though it's still very notable that it's been around for nearly a month and its best offer is 'bud +and sweets'. Third link's been around for 2 months, nothing to show for it.

but for the first link, its currently 33% of the price. so a quicksell. then people would buy it fast. hence me using it as proof. it isnt sold after 2 days means it isnt a quicksell.
2 days isn't substantial, even for a quicksell. It's very easy for legitimate quicksell unusuals to simply go unnoticed by those with the knowledge and the means, especially on unusuals not sent to autobump. Saw the exact same thing happen on a cheap orbiting fire beret which got unfairly knocked down to 20-25 keys as a result. I'd argue that a week should be given before declaring a price 'not a quicksell'.
Anyway, that's just me trying to get backpack.tf users to start noticing when young trades are used as evidence, something I've only started to keep an eye out for relatively recently myself. The rest of your proofs speak very well for themselves.
