Those are being sold on the basis of their craft numbers, in terms of value, it's rare for Mann. Co to offer a competitive alternative, and this is no exception. $5 for an uncraftable weapon is really not a good idea.
You can also buy 2 keys from the store for $5. I guess this would make the uncraft version worth 2 keys. Usually the craftable version of a weapon is higher in price than an uncraft version.
So why shouldn't a clean watch go for 4 keys?
...Those are craft numbered ones you linked us. Plus, suggestions aren't supposed to be based on opinions, but on the going price of the item.
You realize that reskinned items still go for 2-2.33 ref when the only way to get them is from crafting like the Sharp Dresser and AWPer Hand. That and linking to craft # trades doesn't help support your suggestion.
So you have links to low craft numbers as your proof...*sigh* let me open my file and get my copy paste ready.
This is not how the site works. Prices are not set based on personal opinions, what you think should happen, or what you want to happen. It is based on what people are currently paying for the item.
Proof is almost always required, and it must show sales that actually went through and not just buyout prices. It is recommended to show plenty of proof, not just one or two links, as those can just be luck.

Please, don't price an item what you want/think it should be worth. The price is meant to represent the price the most people are paying/selling for.
Though I disagree with a firm 1 ref price point, I did get mine for a 1.33 craft hat and don't agree with the current price range.

So many people have been crafting these that they have gotten really common.
A price drop seems fair as it's got a fairly decent craft chance and there is so many already.
Some people prefer looks over other things. I honestly would rather have this then the default, even though it's the same thing. I'll have to disagree on you with this one. Even though it is just a re-skin, it's a new, and popular re-skin. 1 ref is a little low. The minimum I would sell it for is 1.66 ref.
I like the though of the price dropping but it shouldn't drop so low. It should only go to 1.33-1.66. Seems more reasonable but next time you do this please try and exclude selling of craft numbers.
