I cannot resubmit the same average value, otherwise I would.

Why not leave this at the widely accepted value of 1.66? 1.88 seems like a teetering price that seems just unnecessary.

He wanted to put it at 2 ref straight but he can't.

Yeah, it's supposed to be 1.33-2 ref, but I can't resubmit the same price range. I was told to resubmit if you scroll down and read the comments off the first link.
