Some quickbuyers are buying them for 0.22 but the most are buying them for 0.33. A range of 0.33-0.55 seems accurate, there are no buyers for .55 even though it is possible to sell them for .55. I can't give proof but in trade servers it is way easier to sell one for .55 than on outpost. It is still possible though.

He didn't set a price for it, and only .33 offers.

I don't consider a week enough time to sell any strange unless it came out recently or had a large drop in price.

Or if it's in high demand.

This change is small and I don't really see the point. Looking at your 0.66 links:

I don't think 0.55 needs to be the upper range (your 0.55 seller has 5 s. loch-n-loads, it's unclear how many he started with).

you only found 1 guy who is selling loch and loads for 4 weeks, MOST of the buyers and sellers don't go to the .66.

Both of those users bought one from someone else, can't find any evidence of how much Oasis sold theirs for.

There's a smattering of 2 rec sales around, but considering how old and how rare they are, it seems the majority of sellers are willing to sell lower.
