Remind me, is Bubbling a favored effect for Unusuals? Sorta new to this all, just want to double check. I suppose it would depend on the hat as well as the class, but in general?

Bubbling is usually regarded as lower tier. It can occasionally be worth more if it fits the hat (e.g. bubble pipe), and on sniper it is sometimes liked because it is lower-visibility compared to things like orbitings/fettis.
