    yes i got it PCd at pink tacos server for this price and at TF2 Unusual server, as a 4 bud hat. im not really sure how to ss, or how to get proof. i was also offered a p.e. billycock, 1 bud, dirty flippys and 8 keys for it (over 4 buds) if u can show me how to get some evidence, be my guest and show me how.
