Getting a fixed price on this at the moment is rather difficult because of the lack of offers in fixed currency, a lot of items being offered but these are 3 that I found that convince me that a bit of a drop in price is needed.

Also reading the last price suggestion, 4 ref was suggested because there "That's the price i see people buying it for. I think it's legit as there is not many of these crafted." with no links, 2 months ago.

Plenty of them crafted now and a bunch on the market.

while it is definitely true that these don't go for 4 ref much anymore, I'd still like to see a bit more evidence before I can be absolutely sure which way to place my vote.

I'll do my best to try and find somemore evidence, the problem is, quite a few of the craftable ones are low craft numbers looking for buds ect and the ones with trades suggesting they have been taken off don't tell me the sold price just a b/o and a lot of the trades are over a month old which isnt going to be a lot of use, but I will try :D

Haha thanks :) I try to be thorough when people want more proof, I should probably give it when I start the suggestion but it is a rather large undertaking to find, price check if its items, check to see craft numbers, items being sold in a set or people buying 2 or 3 items blah blah blah lol
