Its on the market and he's trying to get 27 keys (or 1 bud)
He has been closing his trade a few times because hes not getting offers he likes

^^ Sold at 1 bud (1 week ago)
But that wasn't his price he wanted
he originally wanted 1 bud + 3 keys [ http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6455850 ]
But he dropped it to 1 bud to sell it

He had this up for a month. The offers on it aren't high and the most recent offer that matters is a blizz buckaroos 20-27~ keys
there were offers of 22 key before that and it was regarded by the owner as not a bad offer but he wanted a little more.
Owner knows it isnt worth that much
Summary
----------------------
This hat doesn't go for more the 1 bud.
Offers are really low.
The hat owners all ask for more then 1 bud but will drop it to a bud and hope to get it.
Putting the low end of the range a little lower then a bud because offers are all really one sold at 20 keys (had a hard time)
and one owner thought 22 keys (hes on the market) was close to what he was looking for
Appropriate proof and reasoning. Upvoted.
