Since i just found one guy willing to sell for lower then 2 ref and every trade i found that ACTUALLY SOLD this Thing got 2 ref, i will set the max limit at 2 refined.

TL;DR:

Final conclusion: Not much buyers, not much Sellers. People sell it for 1.33-2 refined, but there is not enough evidence to make that the range i think.

Therefore i'm suggesting a conservative down-bump.
