there was a bud+7 keys from a month ago(AT|GIBIX)... Not really indicative of todays price, and if the BO was a bud+bills, I can't see someone turning down

Would like to see proof of the higher range, but i agree its a definite 1 bud hat.
A Stormy Storm Industrial Festivizer was offered in the trade, with a range of 27-34 keys, according to this website, and 2 flat 1 bud offers serve as a low offer for that offer. One offer of 1 bud 7 keys (currently 34-35 keys) is the highest offer located on the trade, and along with the Festivizer, it would cover the price range I am suggesting for this hat.! made around Halloween offers the equivalent to 30 buds, confirming 2 30 key offers for it.
Also, I admit to making a mistake. I originally stated that the Festiizer was Blizzardy Storm, when it is actually Stormy Storm. My apologies for the mixup.

I chose the link in the suggestion because it had the most proof going for it, and it had solid proof that there were offers of 1 bud minimum on it. With a maximum current offer of 1 bud 7 keys, with no sweets requested, I doubt that the player in the original post will go with some of the other offers, like one offering 3 40s if he added a bills. I put in the low end to confirm the 1 bud offer that was presented at the beginning of the post.
Clearly 1 bud is offered many times and anything less would be a QS. And it falls in line with what is happeneing to the p fetti whoooopppeee
