Which is the lower range of current price. People's buyouts don't instantly form a new high range. If this fails to sell within a week, then it may be due for an update, but otherwise it's not an indication of a needed change.

Looks like a quicksell to me. And just 4 hours for pure offers isn't much. Neutral.

Let's not use stupid lowballs (20 keys idd) to price things. 1 Bud is a fine quicksell value, and I'd imagine he's gonna sell that soon enough.
