Suggestion: Non-Craftable Freedom Staff at 0.66–1 ref

I know I have no proof for the .66, but with the .33 offers being on several trades, and being rejected very easily, I think .66 is somewhat reasonable. Comment if you disagree.

I wasn't sure about such a large change in the lower end of the range, but this suggested price range makes more sense if you realize that the craftable version is actually cheaper on bp.tf at 0.66-1 ref

On stats.tf It looks like there are about 1300 uncraftable (about 9% are store purchased, not steam purchased). That quantity suggests to me that it is probably not rare enough to be priced higher than the craftable version (because there are enough for collectors to be able to get them pretty easily, and who else would want to pay more for a dirty item?).

Therefore, as backpack.tf has recently accepted 0.66-1 as the price for the craftable version, reducing the dirty version to the same range does make sense, despite the shortage of evidence. Perhaps it will go even lower in future.
