My experience tells that reddit traders likely stick to spreadsheet prices. The s. axtinguisher is listed on spreadsheet with 1-1.33 ref.
Your mentioned trade (1.44 ref) is still in the current price range. I don't think an update is needed. Unless you provide more proof of s. axtinguishers not being sold at > 1.66 ref.

Three in the past month? How is that any indication of today's price? Although I do agree with everyone else, this suggestion is goofy. 1.44 is the midpoint of the current range, so there's really no reason for this change. Nor is there any solid evidence that people on outpost are selling for only 1.44, (the only reason that there would be a single price and no range) which they aren't. A simple search revealed multiple people selling at prices that are in the current price range, and NOT 1.44 on the dot.
