For some quality control I've included people who specifically have a few stickies in their BP. However there are 2 more pages of buyers trying to buy at .22
.22 Buyers:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4679994 Has 8 in bp. Not sure if collector or buying to resell
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6627530 Has 8 in bp too. Probably collecting to resell judging by "investing"
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4881380 Has 14 in bp, not sure if collector or buying to resell
.33 Buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6594161 Sold a few of these to this guy at .44, then he lowered his price to .33. Im pretty sure he is a collector, but finding him online during weekdays is rare
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6083121 Collector
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6610294 Has 6, probably buying to resell
Almost all sellers are still using spreadsheet (lists at .66) and needless to say, are incredibly unsuccessful. I've sold a few over the past couple weeks on my own and even at a rec it takes hours to find a buyer. There are 20 pages of sellers on outpost, almost all unsold.
However, there are a few people selling for cheap:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6523090 Pretty successful, has only 4 in bp
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4110143 Has a metric fuckton in bp
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6377013 Quick, get it while you can!
I am always hesitant to use quickbuyers prices as a benchmark for prices, but in this case it's fairly obvious that they are easy to get at .22
There's 20 pages of them on outpost, and I couldn't find any successful trades for .44 or higher.
I still manage to instantly sell it at 4 scrap. Like 5 seconds to a minute. But maybe that's just my luck.
You must have insanely good luck then. Please, stop helping those old people cross the street so some of us can have that luck.

why he buy for 0.44 ref and no one sell him?
I don't think 0.22 ref can easy buy it
so i think the price may be 0.33 ref is better
He didn't even bump it at all. In fact, he already bought it. Check his BP. 2 scraps easily buys it. I've bought 6 at 2 scraps the past fortnight. It's also near impsossible to sell at 4 scraps. One guy wouldn't even pay 3.5 scraps. I would know.
