It is 1 of 4, with a limited time effect, and gentleman's ushanka is both new and rare. I find it highly unlikely that it should be priced below blizzardy, stormy, and searing, and is right next to planets, steaming, smoking, and bubbling. Plus the offers on current trades support a price raise.

Proof it was a limited time effect?

Unusual effects from last halloween was able to be opened this halloween, so it'd be a educated guess to say they will be again. I agree that it shouldn't be as low as planets though. Neutral for now.

By limited I mean that you can't get it for at least another year. That's quite a long time and that means that it will be 1 of 4 for the next year, which is beyond the reasonable time someone would have to sell it.
