Damn 200 character limit.

Someone bought the victory pack today, and their crest is still uncraftable.

First link: Trade Comment (bottom of page)

Second: Buyer's BP (very bottom of backpack)

Third/Fourth: Sequential Item IDs (very recent ID's)

Clean Crest market hasn't changed.

Hey Nitori I noticed you only have an uncraftable crest in your backpack now. What happened to your craftable crest (you had a craftable one on outpost)?

I sold my clean crest for 36 tour tickets (I sell tickets 2:1 key, so 18 keys). And I bought a dirty crest to replace it (for 1.66 ref).

Well I'm glad you got a good trade out of it. I'm still confused as to why this is uncraftable from the shop though. How much more cosmetic can you get than having a badge on your chest?

I approve of this. It was idiotic that the price was bought down arbitrarily without proof to 1.33-1.66 after that update.

the price was changed to avoid scams as it happened with the scarf and boots. I made a mistake there and I accept it. Should have looked more into it but all I had in mind was the scarves and boots and I thought the crest was a similar case.

NP....mistakes happen....but it has been somewhat taken care of so cheers. and restoring it completely would be a good measure I guess so collector's don't lose out

Now see, unlike the last price suggestion (where the price was reset based on the value of the Grordbort Pack), I can actually upvote this suggestion in good conscience. Thank you for confirming that there are still uncraftable Crests coming into the market.

That's very strange. How he got an uncraftable. As cosmetic items from now on suppose to be usable in crafting.

But even stranger craftable ones seem to be increasing in number, I don't think alot were just recently found.

Yes I'm the person who bought the Victory pack (someone had to do it). I don't know if it's valve's intention because the news update did say "Cosmetic items purchased in the store moving forward can be used in crafting". Seems odd the chops were craftable but the crest wasn't :/

I still think 16 keys is fine, I doubt anyone is going to pay higher with so much uncertainty around their continued rarity/collectability.
