When commenting was originally built, I honestly thought people would be contributing proof, asking question, etc. While this is true on the majority of suggestions, there's an entirely opposite effect that has been witnessed and it is not welcomed: Abusive content. This isn't a behavior we want to promote here, and as such the administration team can now warn specific users about their specific comment.
The person who made the suggestion has insulted the intelligence of most of the TF2 trading community by assuming that we won't notice his attempt to raise the value of his hat.

This is not how the site works. Prices are not set based on personal opinions, what you think should happen, or what you want to happen. It is based on what people are currently paying for the item.
Proof is almost always required, and it must show sales that actually went through and not just buyout prices. It is recommended to show plenty of proof, not just one or two links, as those can just be luck.
Please don't make these mistakes again. Thank you.
