Eh, I don't think 4.5+sweets in unusuals is the same as a 5 buds value.
According to the peace modest guy, hes offer is 5 buds, as written here

And also according to the vivid plasma tossle guy (that i rejected)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4739551 he rejected 4.5 pure twice already.
So i honestly think this is around 5 range

He's saying the modest can reach 3.5-4, which I agree with. The sweets take him up to 4.5-5. Again, the tossle seems about 4.5-5 in unusuals.
I don't see a 4.5-5 in unusual offer the same as the hat being the high end of that. I'd say that puts your hat closer to 4-4.5.
4-4.5 is a bit low, i will put it at 4.5-5 at least. Thats my opinion, and im sure it could reach around the area with effort. Thanks a lot for your continious comments on tellng me on to improve this.
That's the thing - whilst it may be a 4.5-5 hat, there's no proof to support that. :/
Well, offers of promos and unusuals mixed are at 4.5-5 and if its a 4-4.5 hat. I would have told the guy with the vivid plasma tossle to take his 4.5 buds pure offer and trade with me.
Ehhh, seems a bit high.
Looking at the history of that hat:
In the past it sold for a 13th hour batters ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6341084 ) ( 4 bud "b/o")
sold for a scorching flames rack (3 buds here, seems a bit low.... maybe 4 tops)
and a green energy wester ware + nutz kabuto + bud pure (about 5 buds mixed it looks like it)
Seeing that your best offers are item and unusual mixed offers also, Im going to have to reject. Your suggested range just doesnt make sense with past sales, bp.tf is generally pure price. all Ive seen is unusual mixed reaching 5 at the most
