Well most are sold within the range, and I'm sure buyers can get it cheaper. Staying neutral for now

Link 1: has someone willing to pay you 1.66 ref.
Link 2: has you buying it for 1.33 ref.
Link 3: has a lvl 42 that was being sold for 1.66 ref, but the seller agreed to 1.33 ref.
Link 4: has a seller at 1.66 ref, but no one has bought it yet.
I need a better explanation of the raise. Link 1 could simply be ruled out as an extraneous occurrence.

Still a lot of sellers at 1.33 ref, but all sold. Not sure if that should mean an increase or not.

the unsold trades hardly get bump and so no one notice it.

Judging from it, there seems to be a price rise due to large amounts of trade at the higher end of 1.33, BUT, it doesn't seem enough to justify price reaching 1.66
Yeah if someone were to suggest 1.33 ref it would most likely be accepted, but 1.66 ref seems to be a bit high for the time being.
I hate to admit it, but this price is much more accurate than the current one. All 1 ref or lower noncraft noh mercy trades are sold out on outpost, and buyers are very willing to offer craft hats or 1.33 as starting offers.
The 1.66 sales may be a result of noncraft hype, but at the moment there are too many happening to ignore.
