I may be wrong, but looking at his outpost history, it seem he got a burning brigade (17-19)

No actually I got a beams modest (around 18) but that was to HLA who notoriously overpays for his AA collection. The other guys got 15 in the heat of Halloween, but I don't see it going for more than that now.
