I ain't got no white paint. I sold all that and bought 2 buds and a white bills, then traded that for an unusual and made the extremely stupid decision of investing in crate #40. I'm out of the flipping game for a long while.

how did you get only 3 crates out of 2 buds and a white bill ? I can get at least 6 crates and has some leftover :c

1. It was 4 crates.

2. If you look at the value of my backpack it went down 18 keys.

3. It was 2:30 am and I was dumbing it up.

The uncraftable version is still purchasable from the store. However people either believe that these are no longer available or just want to overpay for no reason. So currently they do actually go for this price.

Get your facts straight first

The whole "uncraft weapons will rise" thing is B.S. For it to rise everyone is going to have to demand an uncraft Quack for whatever reason, and I don't see that happening.

Your proof is good but reasoning isn't....you can still buy uncraftable one. There maybe some other reason for price rise.

Guess what ?

There is a space limit.

1. Craftable items are perfect substitutes to the uncraftable counterparts

2. Uncratable items have lower total use value (TUV) than the craftable counterparts

3. Postulate of maximization, with the same price, people chose the one with higher use value

Some people value rarity over TUV. If they want these ducks just to craft, what is the point cuz you can get craft hats easily for 1.33.Also, some uncraftable rare items worth a lot more than their counterparts. For example, buds, deadcone, cowl, lumbricus lid.

It depends on the ratio between how much the difference between TUV of the dirty and clean the difference of the supply of the two.

Mainly I think this update is the stupidest of them. This got everyone going wild over all of these uncraft items and going crazy. Also a thing I realized, if you buy 2 cheap hats and craft them, you might have a chance to get a hat or a misc that would cost a ton on the store.

But likely the main thing about this is, that only [b]cosmetic[b] items bought from the store are craftable, but [b]not weapons[b]. So this goes for the downvote.

You can't really downvote when people clearly are spending a lot for them. Sure its dumb that people aren't paying attention to the fact that weapons still are uncraftble, but these people are offering and buying them for the suggested price.
