Your basically saying the same thing, they will rise because there "uncraftable".

It is going to take a long time before uncraftables actually start to rise in price. It will probably happen eventually, but not any time soon.
If you provide some proof of them selling for 1 ref, i'll be glad to upvote

This is not how the site works. Prices are not set based on personal opinions, what you think should happen, or what you want to happen. It is based on what people are currently paying for the item.
Proof is almost always required, and it must show sales that actually went through and not just buyout prices. It is recommended to show plenty of proof, not just one or two links, as those can just be luck.

no, they shouldn't, the amount of them currently is gigantic, and there isn't the market buying them
The price rising for uncraftable items that were almost just released (hitman promo items) would make sense because there was a short time period of buying them so there are not much out there. But there are about 2000 uncraftable versions of this hat out there. The price should stay the same.
Yet nobody really wants uncraft hats, so...
I'm gonna have to say no on this as well. After all, although uncraftables are no longer available in the store, you also have to consider "how many uncraftables managed to enter the market before this update?". As it stands, the only items that fall into the category of being limited uncrafts are, like stated by Deiteon, the hitman promos, since they had less than 2 weeks of being available as uncrafts in the store before the update. This hat on the other hand is a different matter, as there are currently 2030 uncrafts of this hat in the market, which is quite a bit.
Plus, you have no proof to back up your claim; why should we raise the price on an item that you have not proven is in demand, and therefore justifies the increase? That alone is reason enough to doubt the need to increase it.

Uncraft hats with the expection of hitman promos will stay the same in price. Craft hats will be dropping in value though.

Demand may increase in the future for noncrafts, but at the moment the market for them seems to be unchanged.
