i have offered over 37 in unusuals to this hat, and i think it can hit the 40 range, witch 1 been locked away in a scammers alt, so its essentially 1of1 on the market for a while, upvote here
Not 1 of 1......Saying that you would be discussing rarity. Because one is locked in a ban account there still is another that exists. There are 2 of these hats. Be it in a banned account or that of a collector its not 1 of 1. They distinction is available for a hat and effect that only truly exists 1 time.
Top offer since last time this was suggested appears to me to be Secret Reggae + Burning Pickel for this + 1 bud.
Secret Reggae was recently pricechecked at 28-31. Burning Pickel seems to realistically be around 7, possibly upwards of 8. So the offer would be worth roughly around 34-38 worth.
I'm usually okay with pricing by unusuals on halloween effects, damn near impossible to work with them otherwise, but this appears to me to be going above even the best case scenario worth of a couple of other unusuals.
As always though, I may be getting too picky. Further, I don't know what it has traded for the last two trades. Other thoughts?

Looking in the thread he offered a moon samur eye + 5 pure. Don't see a counter and the seller liked his offer.
That sale took place about a month ago. Soon after Halloween. Ashes now has it on sale and after 2 days he has a Misty Skull Wraith Wrap as a rejected offer. Do not see that offer in his thread though. Very little interest except for the normal "nice hatz give me free" bullshit.
Its now back to basics now that Halloween is over. Those large overpays a month ago are now much more tempered.
His B/O is 38 by the way. Meaning he would take less. If this is pure pricing the suggestion is already high. Also, I don't see this hat going $1,300. Not going to vote until Ashes sells the thing. He won't see near that B/O until October of next year.
Also, not a hat to be kept. 3 owners in under a month with only one available? sounds like a coveted hat alright.....
