Would 2.5 pure mean the current range is fine?

If that was the absolute highest offer, then not really. It seems to have been some guy who wanted his dream unusual, overpaying in order to guarantee buying it. If it receives unusual offers lower than the current range, there is a need for a down bump.

3 buds (collecting) now. Current ranges seems to be fine, just a bunch of lowballers out there.

Well, that was posted after I submitted this. And I wouldn't consider nearly all the offers lowballs. It's simply a medium tier effect on a low-medium tier hat.

Well there's not much demand for this hat, so your link 1 got 3 unusual offers in 4 weeks. (Links 2 got no offer within 3 days.) 2 of them are lowballs and the orbiting fire reggae got declined (2-2.6). Now with the 3 bud offer (bad luck for you) I really think this downbump is not needed.

There's the '3 pure collecting', though I've never put much weight in 'collecting' offers. Maybe a more conservative drop centering around 2.5 may be more appropriate?

Low range proves to work very well, top range softly confirmed by the 3 bud gathering fellow- don't usually put much faith in those, but this one does have a green energy team captain and is actively trading, very reasonable compared to most 'gathering' traders.
