To those who are wondering why there is a low end of .33 ref; look at Link 4. The seller agreed to sell it for 4 weapons (2 scrap).

I tihnk a flat 0.66 would be better

The last link in my mind should instantly disqualify the current suggested range. Hasn't even received a single sign of interest in 3 weeks.
