P. fetti fits the hat better than green fetti. It is a girl's hat (I am a girl so pffft.) and p.fetti should be valued higher than green imo.

Yes, but having owned and sold both before, they didn't really split apart very much pricewise.

Having owned a couple in the family (I have kids old enough to play this game) I actually found that the p. fetti sold for a couple more keys. But, my previous comment is mostly personal opinion, because that was well over a year ago.
