It took me a while to sell mine for 1 rec, although that was a few weeks ago, I'd just like to see moar evidence. :-)

Being a player who actually LIKES using the Quick-Fix, I was delighted to get mine for super cheap months ago when they were very common. After that, it seemed like people left and right were selling them just trying to get rid of them. I scooped up a few for around a reclaimed each and handed them out to friends to enjoy.

Recently, I haven't seen this item being traded at all. And those who are just "Selling Stranges" that include this one always ask on the high end or even higher. I know telling stories isn't exactly proof or evidence but I sadly agree with this price suggestion. I wish they were still easy to find for .33.

To add, I just searched Quick Fix on Outpost and the entire first page had offers ranging from .33 to 1.33. 1 Ref and higher were rarely sold and Anything under .66 was gone. Ones at .66 were either sold or unsold showing that there were still buyers at this price. Next highest offers were 1 Ref all unsold. Current Range would suggest it's fine where it is.
