First Link has a buyout of 3.33 buds, and doesnt appear to be willing to accept much less.

Second link had an offer of $90 offer and rejected it. (he also had several other 3~ bud unusual offers).

There are only 3 p fetti beaks on the market. The demand for beaks is quite high as they look awesome, and is the only unusual misc for medic.
